After graduating from Midlakes High School, Scott enlisted in the United States Army, where he functioned as a combat medic for over three years. After serving as a medical specialist in the 28th Combat Support Hospital, Scott was honorably discharged to further pursue his medical education. He attended Oswego State University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Biology. Scott then completed his Masters of Science degree in Physician Assistant studies at the Arizona School of Health Sciences in Phoenix, Arizona. During his tenure at the Arizona School of Health Sciences, Scott completed rotations in OBGYN, general surgery, pediatrics, orthopedic surgery, emergency medicine, sports medicine, family practice and internal medicine. Scott is also certified in advanced cardiac life support, basic life support, and nutrition counseling. Scott has been practicing as a Physicians Assistant in orthopedics for the last five years.
